Welcome to Digital Page Marketing. By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our website or services.

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any amendments thereto. Digital Page Marketing reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting.

2. Services Digital Page Marketing provides a range of digital marketing services, including but not limited to SEO, social media management, content creation, and web development. All services provided will be subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein.

3. Payment Terms Clients shall pay all fees and charges in accordance with the terms set forth in their agreement with Digital Page Marketing. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur additional charges.

4. Intellectual Property All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on our website are the property of Digital Page Marketing or its licensors. Unauthorized use of any intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

5. Confidentiality Digital Page Marketing agrees to keep all client information confidential and will not disclose such information to any third party without the client’s prior written consent, except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digital Page Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

7. Indemnification Clients agree to indemnify and hold Digital Page Marketing harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of the client’s use of our services or breach of these terms and conditions.

8. Governing Law These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.

9. Termination Digital Page Marketing reserves the right to terminate any service agreement with a client for any reason, including breach of any of these terms and conditions.

10. Refunds Accounts may be cancelled at any time, by either party. Depending on the plan you are subscribed to, this is how any refund will be calculated:
Monthly Recurring Plans: Recurring plans incur charges on the renewal date each month. ALL Cancellations require a 10 day advanced notice by email to [email protected] . So if you renew on the 15th, you must notify us by email no later than the 5th. If you notify us in time, we will cease charges for the upcoming month. Please note that your Chatbot (and any other services and assets related to your account) will be disabled and you will no longer receive these free leads.

Annual Plans: Notice of cancellation: ALL Cancellations require a 10 day advanced notice by email to

[email protected]. So if you renew on the 15th, you must notify us by email no later than the 5th Refunds are based on the net actual price initially paid....net of coupons and and discounts. This net price paid is divided by 12 and you are refunded for "full months" not used. If you are at any point in an active service month, you will NOT receive a refund for that month. Based on this annualized pro-rata formula, you will receive a refund for total unused and unactivated pre-paid months.
